CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note this trip is NOT CONSIDERED AS GROUP TRAVEL OR TOURISM, we are simply meeting as individuals in one place to "Support the Cuban People"

The NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health will not issue any refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness etc. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. We highly suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected things that might happen

Cancellations can be transferred to another person or applied towards the next NCB of Herbalism & Holistic Health Event of equal value.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances is to purchase trip insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you in case:

• you cancel your participation in the retreat
• retreat is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
• lost baggage
• medical expenses should you become ill or injured

If the NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health cancels:
We will only cancel a event in the act of a natural disaster, act of the God/Goddess. In the event this happens, we will issue participants registration fees paid on your account minus the deposit and the 20% service fee.

Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers & The NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes.

All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. The NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours / trips arranged by our team . Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects as well as their personal health insurance policy. The NCB School of Herbalism & Holistic Health is not responsible for providing health insurance or healthcare while on the trip, we are not responsible for any flight cancellations or changes to your personal travel itinerary not provided by the trip. Some activities may change slightly based on weather or other situations beyond our control while on the trip. Occasionally weather can become an issue and we reserve the right to not participate in a certain activity if it is deemed unsafe due to weather, however we will replace cancelled activities with another of equal value.

Air Travel
You are responsible for purchasing your own airfare. Your airport destination is the capitol Havana, Cuba. We require all participants to arrive in country as early as possible. Round trip ground transportation to the retreat site is included in your package.
